Nalen Talath is the manager of the Quarantine Section of The Purge Headquarters. He is first introduced in Episode 16 where he was talking with Nelaira Helyot who was imprisoned in his department.
Appearance[]
He has sickly pale skin and grayish green hair that frames his face which looks no older than 30. His eyes look like thin slits so narrow that one can't tell what color they are. His bearing is leisurely, usually standing with his hands behind his back. When he smiles, it makes him look even more creepy than usual.
Personality[]
He is cold-blooded and calculating. He has been shown to be sarcastic and superficially polite. There is also a deeply hidden malice about him that makes one's skin crawl, especially when he is smiling. His voice sounds like a sickly pleasant snake-like hissing.
