Zelaih is the capital city of Halnea and one of the five largest cities in the land of Halnea. It is home to the Asociation of Magic - the governing body of Halnea, as well as the Peacekeepers.
Zelaih is titled as the city where you can buy anything, containing the best shops and auction houses in all of the land of Halnea.
It is home to Reysic, Killian and Thayn noble families, however, most other families also have branches in Zelaih city.
